What is a Water Base Sign?
A water base sign is an outdoor poster display sign with a plastic hollow base that can be filled with water or sand. The water fillable base provides the strength and stability needed for use outside. Attached to the water base is the snap frame poster board that is mounted on to heavy-duty springs. They provide the flexibility needed to stop the pavement sign from falling over in high winds.

How Are Posters Changed?
Poster changes can be completed quickly and easily with minimal effort. Simply open the snap frame mechanism on all four sides. Remove the protective poster cover and posters. Replace with a new advertising poster, re-cover with the poster cover and close the snap frame mechanism on all four sides, this keeps your poster and cover firmly in position. The complete process takes less than a minute to complete, no tools are required.
